What this means is that our building design consultants will sit down with you FREE of charge to discuss your house design and draw a basic floor plan. From this, if you wish to proceed an estimate will be costed from the floor plan. We will then send your plans off for drafting for a fee of 1% of the estimated cost. From the drafted plans we will be able to give you an accurate no obligation, no hidden costs quote for your new home. If you wish to proceed to building stage the 1% charge will be deducted from your deposit. If you don’t proceed you get to keep the drafted plans.

All of our quotes include all the listed standard inclusions that you choose as well siteworks.  We can complete your home with floor coverings, window treatments and landscaping if you desire.

Sitework costs will be determined once land has been inspected.
