• Q: Can we build a kit home?

  • No. We have priced the cost of this and unless you are an owner builder we can build a brick veneer house for a comparable price.

• Q: Do we do extensions and renovations?

  • No, but we can put you in contact with local tradesmen that can assist you

• Q: How long does it take to build?

  • We allow 6 months from council approval for an average 4x2 house

• Q: Where can I build my new home?

  • We construct homes from East of Mundaring , Northam, Goomalling, Cunderdin, York, Toodyay and all areas in between

• Q: Do you build right up to landscaping?

  • Yes, we can organise floor coverings, light fittings, fencing and landscaping so all you have to do is move in.

• Q: Can I build to lock up stage?

  • Yes if you wish to finish the project yourself it isn’t a problem. We can build you a home to any stage you wish.

• Q: I have a limited budget, can you help?

  • There are many alternatives, so contact us and we will work with you on your project.

• Q: I want to build a different house, I have ideas for the plan. Can you help?

  • Yes we can build almost anything you wish even if you only have ideas we design them for you and have them drafted. Sometimes it requires an architect for more complex buildings

• Q: I have architect drawn plans. Do you build from these?

  • Yes. We regularly work with architects and believe in good communication between client, architect and builder

• Q: Can you build an energy efficient home?

  • Yes, our houses are rated above the government requirements.
